Hey there, I’m Sonya Nightingale—but around here, you can call me the Fairy Bra Mother! I’m a travel advisor, certified bra fitter, joy-chaser, and believer in finding beauty in the little things (even if they come with an underwire or a delayed flight). I created Sparkling Escapades Abroad as a space where comfort, confidence, and adventure collide—with a whole lot of giggles and glitter along the way. I started traveling solo after 50, and let me tell you—it’s been one joyful ride. I travel gate to gate with wheelchair assistance and use a mobility scooter to explore once I arrive. I also travel with life-threatening food allergies, so I’m all about finding ways to make travel safe, empowering, and possible for everyone, no matter their needs. When I’m not planning dream getaways or helping women find their just-right fit, you’ll find me coloring, puzzling, diamond painting, or curled up with a good book (especially a vintage one!). I’m a wife, a mama, and a proud Grammy, and I believe the world still holds so much joy to be found—especially when we look for it with a little sparkle in our step.
